The site of the Operazione Avalanche nel 1943 is online. The site hosts a digital archive created thanks to The Archives Cloud service based on xDams open source platform by regesta.exe, an Italian company specializing in the treatment of cultural heritage. The “Mubat and Avalanche celebrations” initiative was conceived and designed by the Mu.Bat association as an ideal continuation of the path undertaken with the making of the documentary “Return to Battipaglia” in 2013 on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the Allied landing. The project was submitted to the Municipal Administration of Battipaglia which assessed it positively and accepted it as its own.
